Option to retain up to $20k CPF OA with HDB Loan

Did you know that flat buyers taking a HDB housing loan can now have the option of retaining up to $20,000 each in their CPF OA? (The remaining CPF OA balance will be used to pay for their flat purchase).
This option was first introduced in the Aug 2018 BTO & ROF Exercise.
